Hmeginim 46 project is a unique loft complex in the heart of the regenerating downtown Haifa. This area is a symbol of Haifa's multiculturalism that in recent years has become a center of commerce, culture and entertainment in the north of Israel.

 

The project is just around the corner from the streets of Jaffa and Nathanson, which became a vibrant tourist route.

This developing area is home to more than 4 academic institutions, startups and international companies such as WEWORK.

 

The building proximity to the train station makes the connection between the center of Tel Aviv and the lower city an easy and fun ride.

 

Within walking distance lies the German Colony, a tourist center inhabited by the Baha'i Gardens, an international pilgrimage point and adjacent to it, Wadi Nisnas, a bustling center of life, cultures and tastes.

 

Hameginim 46 project is declared as a building for preservation as part of a process of development and preservation of the entire downtown area.

 

In the main 1,000-square-meter project, 13 lofts that combination classic Bauhaus elements together with  an up-to-date and industrial line of the 21st century.  This combination created a fascinating building characterized by a unique look in the downtown area.

 

The technical specifications are designed to the highest standard and offer, among other things, kitchens with carpentry and hand painting, designed lighting fixtures, balconies with hanging gardens and more.

 

The spaces are bright, open and have high ceilings in an exposed concrete finish with a New York industrial look. Each space is equipped with a combination of antique and modern furniture, to create a multicultural and personal language that characterizes the area so much.
